Even when we think we understand one of the most important principles of Yoga, that; the movement of the body is the movement of the breath, and the movement of the breath is the movement of the body.
There is still more to comprehend and embody. As you practice stay in the moment and ponder this principle, more will evolve and you will be embraced by the body and the breath and the mind.
Because it is a present, intimate connection, that keeps on giving, making your practice fresh and relaxed. We get to grow and connect with the breath.
The challenge is to allow the ego to be a passive observer and allow the body, breath, and mind to do the important work. This subtle embodiment of breath and movement can only be done by you. Delaying going into the breath doesn’t help us. Nor does delaying the acknowledgment that we have the essence of the universe as us. Taking the mind and the body into the breath.
There is no struggle with a breath but there is receptivity and strength.
Inhale and exhale, notice the pauses.
Then, inhale the body receptive, breathe into the breath
Exhale embodying strength, breathe into the breath.
Be with, you are breath.
