Exaggerated conditions.

The ocean has waves that break far out to sea, the regular waves with white water blowing from the tops of the breakers and the wind combs the salty water. The never-ending dance with the great elements of the planet. The water is whipped into a frenzy.

Weather conditions are exaggerated with storms and different pressure systems pushing down onto the water more than normal, resulting in different conditions. Big mountainous clouds are on the horizon.

The exaggerated weather in the moment is out of our control, and we need to simply deal with the weather as it changes. We have done this since time immemorial. Your body has evolved over millions of years to deal with exaggerated conditions here and now. And tomorrow’s exaggerated conditions too.

When life becomes more exaggerated, most of the time things will get back to normal but those exaggerated external forces that influence your world need to be recognised, reconciled, and dealt with.

And the most effective way to connect to the most appropriate path to deal with it is with a smile and through the breath. A stronger inhalation to energise your system and a couple of comfortable moments holding that inhalation.

Then focus on the exhalation, to calm your system, hold the empty breath for a few moments. Do it again with a smile on your face, a smile between the brow, connecting to the smile in your heart .
