Why breathe better?

Take a deep breath. It is a self inflicted pleasure.

A good breath is in-spiring to your beliefs. A good breath causes better health.

After cardio exercise, we recover better with deep breaths. Acidosis creates sore muscles and deep breathing helps improve recovery.

If we ask ourselves why breath better, we instinctively know.

Make the exhallation count.

Better breathing will help you exercise and focus. And that is working with the breath and movement.

Better sensations, better connection to now, and intimacy. But the beautiful thing about the first question of why breathing better is it it feels like the right thing to do.

With a little practice you can incorporate better breathing into everything that you do.

Try one full breath with the chest expanding with the inhalation expanding the ribs, receiving from above to the heart centre. fill it up right up, And make the exhalation count, feel the weight as the upper body drops down slowly as the belly in an up, the two lower bundas are there with the the exhalation. Feel the waves in your body.

It is good to feel an exaggerated breath, but it is not necessarily a better breath, I’m not sure. Just try and do it normally, in through the nose out through the nose. Use the diaphragm. What I am saying just focus on it for a little bit. The breath will heal and fuel you. And if you feel advantage through some intensity of strong breath work then get giddy.
