With Taichi

A thing is true with the embodiment of the pose, being aware of the waves and changes, firstly within the body, controlling; relaxation and concentration., expansion and contraction, feeling the body going from hard to soft with waves traveling from the feet to the hands and settling back down to begin the cycle again.

Feeling balanced and central alignment will need to be done incorrectly before awareness and practice create the discovery of moving correctly. But the lessons from the beginning of letting go and trusting are important and should never be forgotten.

Sensing the pressures and the heats within the body with correct alignment will be found and then lost but by working with what you have experienced and moving in the desired direction, with practice what was lost is built upon.

And with all these thoughts, the mind can be busy with the illusion of the past and the future. But the mind can be quietened, with awareness and the breath, the mind can be brought back to the presence of silence, and presence of here and now, and intimacy with life again.
