If you are feeling slightly exposed and more vulnerable than usual, then allow yourself to be sensitive to how you are feeling.
Soften into that vulnerability with the inhalation. Be with your exhalation for longer, this will give you strength. Then sit or stand or close your eyes for six full breaths.
See yourself with your hands on your hips, and ride the inhalation and ride the exhalation to be optimistic, it is probably more correct.
When things go side ways weighing up the pros and cons there is nothing wrong with entertaining anxious projections, about life’s challenges that will unfold. But it is better to go to your breath and do your best.
Use your awareness and imagination to create the right coincidence. Focus your attention and direct your action to where you want to go, you are more than able to adapt.
And this will lead to being inspirational.
