But the principles make your Yoga.
It is important to remember that although the principles of connecting to the breath and embracing intimacy are your personal connection, they are still not it. Your action, your personal connection to the principles, allows you to customise your actions so that it is your Yoga.
Singing, Playing the notes, making the Moves, Cleaning, Cooking, doing your Taiji, doing your Yoga, these actions done with; some time to prepare, incorporating the breath with the movement, make the actions intimate and time to reflect when finished making it your Yoga.
Some days your intimate connection is exaggerated, exaggerated breath, or movement, some days things are subtle, some days, focusing on different aspects of the principles that highlight intimacy for you. These decisions of what to concentrate on can help with connection.
It is when we decide to focus on what is important to us on that day, what aspects of the principles are you going to focus on today. This is what makes the principles personal and the action of doing your Yoga is what makes the principle paramount.
