What is the best type of Yoga for beginners?

Did the Yoga do what it was supposed to do. The best yoga will calm and energise the body. Your unique body. So from the beginning it is best to do the yoga that is best for your body, depending upon things like culture, sex, age. But from the beginning the best Yoga is the yoga that is best for you. And this is part of the problem people who practice and find their best yoga think that it is best for every one.

Yoga has turned the west into not just the the yogi and yogini but also the teacher.

And unfortunately not all the teachers are speading all of the principles into their teachings.

In the terms of Yoga history, not long ago Krishnamacharya came back from the Himalayas,  And then from his home without the internet in fifty years spread asana and pranayama to the world.

Krishnamacharya brought down the principles and grew Yoga in its undiluted form. Body, breath, movement, merging of opposites, the heart centre, mantra,  There was no secrets viniyoga for each person.

And so, there are major brands in the yoga industry without those principles.

The brand of yoga takes away from the individual, rather than directed at the individual.

The beauty and advantage of your own practice is hard to measure like holding a handstand, sometimes when you find that sweet spot and you get ahead of yourself with your ego, and this can bring you unbalanced. Your own practice daily will give you that balance.

Doing the wrong yoga for your body type without connection to the breath makes very little sense, regardless of how much it hurts or how much it costs. On the other hand, doing your practice whatever that is, build trust in yourself. And that means you are less afraid.

And now Yoga has been on the world stage for generations, people are beginning to understand that the brand is not the important thing on the yoga stage, it is the individual.

If your Yoga, your personal yoga that is best for you, with the principles of Krishnamacharya are implemented in your practice. You will be more content, energised and calm.
