What types of Yoga do you teach?

I am trained in Yoga , Hatha, true to the traditions of Krisnamacharia. My focus is on customizing the practice to fit your specific needs.

Do you offer Tai chi classes as well?

Yes, I am also trained in Tai Chi and can offer personalised instruction in this practice.
