Patrick Ryan Yoga and Tai chi Teacher

Greetings, My name is  Patrick, and I’ve dedicated over 24 years to the practice of Yoga, Tai Chi, and various bodywork disciplines.

My journey has taken me to picturesque Fiji and Red Bull Island Fiji, where I shared my knowledge by teaching Yoga. I’ve also had the privilege of training alongside the Shaolin monks in the stunning snow-covered landscapes of Northern China.

My specialty is the breath and energy in both Yoga and Taiji.

Moreover, my adventures have led me to explore remote villages across the globe, delving into ancient technologies and practices. From immersing myself in the integrated bodywork of Alchemic Yoga in Australia to discovering the nuances of street martial arts in the Philippines and the art of massage in Thailand, I’ve embraced the embodiment and intimacy in our connections with ourselves, the land, and each other, which fuels my work.

In a world inundated with yoga of all sorts of personal interpretations and dilution of the original teachings, we aim to bring the people back to the primary principles of the teachers of the teachers and ensure that we all realise that the capacity for contentment is within themselves. You embody the force of the universe.

The day you find your own practice, There is more balance and contentment.

And that is my mission to help you:
- Accept the fact that you are the Power of the Cosmos.
- Teach and practice the Yoga principles of Professor Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, so you have your own practice. A practice that is best and unique for you.
- Teach and practice the Taiji principles of Master Chen man Ching. So that you can build and investigate to incorporate into your own Taiji form. Imagine do a wee bit of Yoga or Tai chi on the edge the land where it meets the water.
