Attitude and intuition

Unless your Spidey senses are highly tuned, it can be challenging to know if your intuition is correct. Or unless you are the Incredible Hulk, where your attitude becomes evident.

Intuition relies on a strong gut feeling to discern whether something is right or wrong. This feeling may be difficult to explain, but it can be developed as a skill.

Attitude is typically the first thing others notice about us, and it often stems from a logical evaluation of our circumstances, influenced by generalizations acquired through both logical and emotional processes.

Both your attitude and intuition can be enhanced by cultivating greater awareness of the breath. Interestingly, our intuition recognizes this, while our attitude senses it.
