Are you looking for a practice? Thinking of a new beginning?

Our chest expanding with the inhalation, now receptive. Our exhalation, now strong, and there is a stillness between breaths in our heart.

These are tangible ways for us to feel more optimistic and confident. Intimacy with receptivity and strength is one of the principles passed down by Krishnamacharya. With the breath, we really have the potential to create change and work magic.

Embody the movement, we can inspire ourselves with our breath, and when we bind ourselves, there is freedom.

You are Yoga, You are breath.

Inhale, You are receptive, pause.

Exhale, You are strength.

Smile, You are calm and energized, close your eyes for a few breaths.
