Work on it and it will improve.
Then do it again, maybe today but definitely the next day.
Refine and practice what you know and it will grow.
Do warm up exercises, focusing on a particular aspect. Maybe the body, maybe the breath, maybe the waves of energy, maybe the hips leading, maybe the weight of the upper body or the muscles. Then do your form focusing on the same aspect.
If you fear your practice is crap, the best way to find out if it will kill you is to do your practice. Break through the frustration with regular practice and focus on one aspect to improve. Relax . And if you still think your Taiji is that crap its not worth doing, well the good news is the beginners mind is an advantage for learning and as long as the alignment of your knee is such that it is going over your foot (think of a slight outward intention), you won’t hurt yourself.
Investigate and practice.
And you will become stronger, calmer, more energised. Your taiji will get better, you will become more relaxed.
But it wont happen if you don’t do your taiji.
