Notice the pause.

The breath can be paused.

The mind can be paused.

The pause can be lengthed.

Pause the judgment.

Pause the good and the bad.

Use the breath to prepare the body to allow the mind to pause.

There will always be opportunities and challenges, physical mental, emotional, and noticing that pause, creating space, allows you to deal with challenges and opportunities with more wisdom.

If you are feeling fear and pressure, pause that too by acknowledgment and release it, inhale strongly, clench your face and release slow and long with a smile. Pause with a quiet calmness. repeat if you like.

If there is an opportunity notice the pause to bring you back to the present and listen deeply to your intuition.

Focus with confidence and that may mean an adjustment of your posture.

Watch the second’s hand on a ticking clock and notice the pause.
