Proper Technique for Pushing and Leading with the Waist

All the way back, the waist leads.

All the way forward, the waist leads.

Push from the front foot to the back foot with the waist leading and the knee over the foot, definitely not collapsing in.

Push from the back foot to the front foot with the waist leading and the knee over the foot, definitely not collapsing in.

Inhale and contract all the way to the back foot.

Exhale, release, and align all the way to the front foot.
