Rare things of value.

You rarely have to think about your breath. It’s a rare thing to watch your breath.

We do our thing without thinking about our primary function. And when we do watch our breath, our primary function becomes easier. Then once our primary function is easier, we are more on the middle path, the superhighway to your goal, in the flow. or at least smile.

Rare things have intrinsic value, and finding your breath is far easier than finding hen’s teeth or unicorn poo.

There is great value in your breath which is transformative.
