Concentrate, contract and relax. this is Taiji.
Stand and just push into the floor, lean into one side, feel the pressure on that part of the body with ones foot or the buttox but this pressure is not on the other side. Sense the body as you transfer the weight to the other side of the body and now it is not on the first side any more.
This is Taiji.
Lean into one side of the body, feel the muscles where you push into the substrate, feel the joints open to the fingers.
This is Tai chi.
Smile, enjoy, knees over the feet, open the qua.
This is Tai chi.
Practicing that is Taiji.
