The elements of the morning are beautiful as the planet rotates and brings the warmth of the grand fire in the sky across the metallic looking water of the great ocean. The air had a wind that was soft and pleasant. With our eyes open or closed we can look beyond into space and if we connect to our heart centre through the breath we may find ourselves a little calmer, maybe with a little more joy.
