The two types of practice.

We can practice so diligently that we feel, we will always be practicing because of our practice we have resistance and confirmation that will carry us through challenging phases.

And sometimes when we have an external break we feel we have lost all of this important experience we built up and the disconnection from our practice will not be revived.

Neither is true.

Cherish what is close to your heart.

Do not listen to the critical inner voice to respond

Be curious and listen to understand

Allow the breath to guide your intention. There is a balance that appears immediately and grows with each breath.

Inhale. Exhale. Move in your chosen direction.
