If you use the mind to integrate the breath and the movement, it will help connect to yourself and your environment in a way that is intimate and familiar, even if it is your first time.
Even if you are just starting out walking that path, working that part of the garden, sitting with the breath, kneading the dough, when done with the breath it creates a naturalness that reduces fear and increases trust.
You may do it for yourself, but when you connect to your breath and practice, living becomes more cozy as your contentment spreads and effects those around you too.
Practice what works for you. Creating worriment defeats the purpose and creates separation.
Concentrate on the heart and there will be closeness and warmth for the physical and emotional bodies.
