Watch yourself!

It can be a threatening imposing statement, often meaning you better change your behavior. We are such fraidy-cats about change when in fact, we are lions.

The breath will give you the courage to change, allowing us to release. Inhale and hold onto the joy, swallow it down. And smile at the pause upon release.

If you don’t like the idea of changing too bad, we are all evolving physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically. But if we can reflect upon ourselves, that is not changing, except what is, here and now, the present. Enjoy it, don’t take it too seriously.
