You can change how you hit the floor.

Sometimes we hit the floor running. Some days for better or for worse,the weather, the company, our mind, some times we are beneath the sheets.

The external or the internal forces, the position of the stars, whatever it is as a human we have good and bad days.

And every time we get better at hitting the floor running we can often expect that that is the new norm. There is nothing wrong with raising the bar, but be kind to yourself, and be careful not to put undue pressure on yourself. When really we are honing the skill to be the person who we really are. And who is that? A person in relationship, to connect, energise, create a world of greater opportunity and potential.

So no matter how your day started; exhale fully, bring the belly towards the spine – in and up. Then release the belly and slowly inhale fully to the chest, and smile as you fill yourself with the most important fuel and allow yourself to receive that generous strong spirit that is You.
