This course is a bit longer 13 minutes a day for 8 days with longer lessons available if you like Taiji and/or Taichi; body, movement. breath, mind, energy, to create balance and connection.
8 lessons to focus on the important stuff like hips and position and mind and smiling and having a laugh. This is frustrating at first, It can be difficult like there is a lot to it. But these eight lessons will give you something to practice and get right.
Have you played Taiji or Tai chi, it matters little, aslong as there is an openness and desire to have a go and see if it works for you. You are most welcome here, this is somewhere you are allowed to be. These lessons have been tried and refined by the great masters so they will help you.
Empowering you to have your own practice that you can get to when you feel like exploring for yourself, body, mind, breath and movement and energy.
This is a taster to see if you can be bothered persevering, cause in the beginning this will take some effort and if you don’t want to put effort in stop now.
But believe me if any aspect clicks for you it can be an absolute ripper!.
